Company from Germany is looking for a traffic controler 90eur net per 6 days of the week - free accomodation

Truckdrivers Mentor, Traffic controller.

     This is one is of the most important jobs within our company, he must make sure that the driver gets clear information, that the driver does and can do his job well, that they are happy, and enjoy working with us.

• he takes care about a group of drivers, and very important he is the first point of contact with the drivers, about all the questions what they have.
• he checks and communicates about the starting times, how they drive, delays, with the drivers and with his planner.
• he works closely with his planner, offers solutions.
• si responsible together with his planner about the planning from the trucks, but also for the occupation of the trucks.
• he checks and communicates with the drivers about consumption, stationary hours, processes and checks the hours.

What we need:

• experience in the office from a international transport company at least 1 year.
• you have to speak good English and if possible, German.
• who want to work on a partnership within a family business, so do 100% there best for the company, butt of-course also who work on a partnership with the drivers.
• who want to work, this will be normally in a dayshift, but when necessary, also in a nightshift.
• we need guys that can work in a system for example 6 weeks/2 weeks , 9 weeks / 3 weeks
• You can live in Romania and work for us 6 or 9 weeks at a time. Accomodation is provided in a house inside the yard where you work
• It is possible in a system butt we need to check later how.
• so we need serious people who take responsibilities, opposite the planner/company/drivers.
• he needs to be able to speak with the driver and need make decisions (positive and negative).
• he reports the positive and negative things to his planner and the company management.
