📢 Belgian company is hiring C+E category drivers

“Truck operators” – they drive a maximum of 45 minutes between each operation.

📝 Job Description:

• Route: Belgium (Antwerp area)

• Trailer: Trucks and trailers with hook-arm system for drop-off containers. The container is lifted and transported.

• Cargo: Collection of recyclable materials and waste (from companies: paper, plastic, foil, various materials)
  
  → Antwerp is a very large port, so the amount of material is significant

• Manual handling:
  
  The driver loads and unloads the containers alone.
  
  (The driver opens the container doors, then unloads using the system. For loading, the driver must cover the container with a tarp and then lift it with the system.)

• Repairs:
  
  The driver is not required to perform any technical repairs on the truck or trailer.

• Return to base:
  
  During the week, drivers sleep in the cabin; on weekends, they return to the base.

• Night rest:
  
  Work starts at 05:00 and ends by 17:30 – overnight stay is in the cabin.

• Weekends:
  
  Work is carried out every Saturday.
  
  → On Saturday evening, the driver can return to the base (ours or at a client) for a short weekend break, where a small kitchen and showers are available.

📅 Working Schedule:

• Daily start between 05:00–05:30

• Workdays last 12–15 hours

• Saturdays are regular working days

• Short weekend rest offered on Saturday evening

🌍 Countries traveled:

Only Belgium

🧭 System:

2 weeks working in Belgium, followed by 2 weeks off at home in Romania

🏠 Accommodation and rest:

• The driver sleeps in the cabin every night

• Weekend break is spent at a facility with kitchen and showers

✈️ Transport:

• Airplane tickets are paid by the driver

• The company arranges and pays for a bus ticket from Charleroi to Ghent

• Someone from the company picks the driver up at the Ghent bus station

💶 Salary and benefits:

• €2,500 net for 2 weeks of work

✅ Requirements:

• Valid C+E driving license

• Minimum 6 months of experience (general truck experience is enough; refrigerated transport is not required)
